SMS-Extra is a package of SMS-services providing the MTS subscriber with additional features when using SMS.

•       Forwarding – makes it possible to redirect all incoming SMS messages to the predetermined subscriber directory number.

•       Transliteration - makes it possible to turn on/off the receipt of transliterated SMS messages.

•       Copy of incoming SMS messages to the email address - makes it possible for the MTS subscriber to copy an SMS message received on the subscriber directory number to the email address.

•       Copy of outgoing SMS messages to the email address - makes it possible for the MTS subscriber to copy an SMS message sent from the subscriber directory number to the email address.

•       Copy of incoming SMS messages to the subscriber directory number - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to copy incoming SMS messages automatically to the subscriber directory number.

•       Copy of outgoing SMS messages to the subscriber directory number - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to copy outgoing SMS messages automatically to the predetermined subscriber directory number.

•       Black list (outgoing SMS) - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to filter outgoing SMS messages according to the recipient's number. The black list blocks the sending of SMS-messages to certain recipient’s numbers.

•       Black list (incoming SMS) - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to filter incoming SMS messages according to the sender's number. The black list blocks the receipt of SMS messages sent from certain numbers.

•       White list (outgoing SMS messages) - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to send SMS messages only to the predetermined numbers.

•       White list (incoming SMS messages) - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to receive SMS messages only from the predetermined numbers.

•       Delayed delivery - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to send an SMS message with delayed delivery for up to 12 months.

•       Secret SMS - makes it possible for the MTS subscribers to send secret SMS messages to other subscribers. A secret message should look as follows: "$ <space> message text". The subscriber can read the incoming secret message only after sending the password to 414.

The SMS-Extra Package Activation

To activate the service, send an SMS message with the text “ON” to the short code 400. The service is activated automatically.

The service is rendered within the MTS coverage in the Republic of Belarus, as well as in roaming.

The SMS-Extra Services Setup

The SMS-EXTRA services can be set up in two ways:

·        by sending service commands to short codes (a list of commands, as well as a list of short codes is given in the SMS-Extra Service Rules);

·         by dialing *111# (MTS USSD portal) on your cellphone.

Attention! SMS-messages sent to short codes 400, 401, 403-406, 408-411, 413, 414 are charged according to the rates for outgoing SMS messages in accordance with the MTS subscriber’s price plan.

The cost of the SMS-Extra service is 0,65 BYN per month (VAT included). The cost of the service is written off in equal installments on a pro rata per day basis. The cost of the service is not written off if the subscriber number is blocked (partial, forced, voluntary or Loss of the SIM card blocking).
