SMS Packages give the MTS subscribers an opportunity to use the SMS service on beneficial terms.

SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300 and SMS Package 500 contain 50, 100, 300 or 500 messages. SMS Package is a bargain: 1 message from the package is much cheaper than a regular one – starting from 0.0134 BYN. The SMS Package does not include SMS messages sent to infotaiment services and when in roaming.

After the activation of the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, and SMS Package 1000 services, the subscribers can use SMS-traffic until the end of the calendar month when the service was activated.

Upon the expiration of the calendar month, if the subscriber has not deactivated the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, and SMS Package 1000 services, it is automatically extended on the 1^st day of each month and the cost of the service is written off in full on the date of renewal. If the subscriber number is blocked as of the date of renewal (partial, forced, voluntary, Loss of SIM-card blocking), the cost of the service is not written off until the subscriber number is unblocked. In this case, SMS traffic is provided only after unblocking.

You can activate the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, and SMS Package 1000 services in one of the following ways:

•         via the Internet Assistant;

•         by sending a free SMS request containing the Latin letter “a” or “A” to the shortcodes 371, 372, 373, 374, 375 for SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, and SMS-package 1000, respectively;

•         by turning to the MTS Telecom Store;

•         by calling the MTS Contact Centre on 0890;

•         via USSD portal: SMS Package 50 - *111*251# (this way is preferable); SMS Package 100 - *111*252#; SMS Package 300 - *111*253#; SMS Package 500 - *111*254#, SMS Package 1000 - *111* 255#.

You can deactivate the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, SMS Package 1000, and Additional SMS Package 50 services in one of the following ways:

•         via the Internet Assistant;

•         by sending a free SMS request containing the Latin letter “r” or “R” to the shortcodes 371, 372, 373, 374, 375, 376 for SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, SMS Package 1000, and Additional SMS Package 50 respectively;

•         by turning to the MTS Telecom Store;

•         by calling the MTS Contact Centre   on 0890;

•         via USSD portal: SMS Package 50 - *111*251# (this way is preferable); SMS Package 100 - *111*252#; SMS Package 300 - *111*253 #; SMS Package 500 - *111*254 #, SMS Package 1000 - *111* 255 #, Additional SMS Package 50 - *111* 256 #

The subscriber can get information about the SMS-traffic balance and its availability period by sending a free USSD-request *100#.

The subscriber can also add the Additional SMS-package 50 service, which includes a package of 50 SMS. The package validity period is 30 days from the date of adding. The subscriber can use this SMS-traffic before the expiration of 30 days from the date of activation of the Additional SMS-package 50 service.

The Additional SMS Package 50 service is available if the subscriber has activated one of the following services: SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500 or SMS Package 1000.

The subscriber can activate the Additional SMS package 50service

•         via the Internet Assistant;

•         by sending a free SMS request with the Latin letter “a” or “A” to the short code 376

•         by turning to the MTS Telecom Store;

•         by calling the MTS Contact Centre on 0890;

•         via USSD-portal: Additional SMS Package 50 - *111*256#

All rates are in Belarusian rubles (VAT included).

The cost of the service is written off in full on the date of its activation.

If the subscriber has activated the Opening of the MTS 100 SMS Office service and one of the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, SMS package 1000 services, it is the SMS-package traffic provided within the Opening of the MTS 100 SMS Office service that is consumed first.

If the subscriber has activated the Opening of the MTS 100 SMS Office service and the Additional SMS Package 50 service, the SMS traffic for the two services is summed up and the validity period of the summarized traffic is extended until the end of the service activated later. Then, the SMS traffic of the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, SMS Package 1000 services is consumed in turn.

If there is an SMS package in the list of services provided within the MTS-Bonus promotional action, the SMS-package traffic provided within the MTS-Bonus promotional action is consumed first. Then, the SMS traffic rendered within the Opening of the MTS 100 SMS Office and Additional SMS Package 50 services is consumed, after which the SMS traffic of the SMS Package 50, SMS Package 100, SMS Package 300, SMS Package 500, SMS Package 1000 services is consumed in turn.
